Shipping Policy

SHIPPING I have placed my order, how soon will my artwork arrive? Most orders will be packed and shipped within 3 working days. Within the UK orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked service, Parcel Force 24 or 48 hours tracked service and occasionally by another courier depending on the size and weight of the painting.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 working days from the time of shipping.  Please allow 7 working days in total.  If you require a delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time.  Next day delivery may be possible at an additional charge in certain circumstances but cannot be guaranteed .  All shipping in the UK is free IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE? Unfortunately, we are only currently shipping in the UK.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I hope that you will be delighted with your original art from Caliston Art. If for some reason you would like to return an item, a refund will be offered if returned within 14 days of you receiving it.  The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be posted by tracked and recorded delivery.  The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that commissions cannot be returned.  To start a return, please contact calistonart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
