Notification of cancellations must be made within 3 days of placing an order, any delivery charges that cannot be recovered will be deducted from the refund. If you are unhappy with your artwork please contact me within 14 days after delivery. All returns must be made within 14 days after notification of return. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the artwork being returned.
