Shipping Policy
All Jewellery is supplied in a presentation box and delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded post. Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days, unless the piece is out of stock in which case DKH jewellery will contact you and let you know when to expect delivery. Postage and Packaging is free to all UK mainland addresses. All Royal mail deliveries must be made to a verifiable postcode and physical address: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We regret that any ring which is made especially to size cannot be returned for refund, only for resizing. We can send you a ring sizer to keep if you are unsure of your size.
Refund Policy
Returns and Cancelled Orders. Returned goods will be credited if returned in their original condition, in their original packaging with the original invoice. Goods accepted for return will be credited at the price that was shown on the original invoice. Unwanted goods are to be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery at the customers expense. All returned goods must be sent within 7 days of receipt.
DKH Jewellery is unable to cover the cost of return postage except where items are faulty or have been sent in error.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In all cases of items being returned, an exchange or a repair will be offered. If an exchange or repair is not possible a full refund will be given.
