We aim to dispatch the same day however most orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days, customers are asked to allow up to 28 days for delivery. All Royal mail deliveries must be made to a verifiable postcode and physical address: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We regret that any ring which is made especially to size cannot be returned for refund, only for resizing. We can send you a ring sizer to keep if you are unsure of your size.
