We aim to dispatch the same day however most orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days, customers are asked to allow up to 28 days for delivery. Lavan Designer Jewellery Ltd shall be responsible for the delivery of goods to the delivery address, but the cost of such delivery, packing and insurance may be charged to the buyer. All Royal mail deliveries must be made to a verifiable postcode and physical address: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We regret that any ring which is made especially to size cannot be returned for refund, only for resizing. We can send you a ring sizer to keep if you are unsure of your size.
