This unique, one off piece of porcelain jewellery has been made using the impression from a real Vitifolium Maple leaf from Westonbirt Arboretum in the Cotswolds, UK.
It measures 8cm at the wides point and 7cm from the highest point to the tip, weighing only 16g – light, delicate, yet robust being fired to 1280°C stoneware.
Please treat this pendant as you would glass jewellery or Swarovski crystal jewellery (putting it on in a carpeted room, not on a tiled floor).
It’s been sensitively glazed with copper oxide and pink pigments to create a realistic and beautiful representation of the real leaf. Real platinum lustre has also been added to the edges to give an extra shine and at purchase, it includes a silver plated 18″ chain and interchangeable brown suede cord for a more casual look.
The item is presented in a charcoal black jewellery box. Ideal with any outfit, particularly if you want to make a statement and wear something that resonates with the healing beauty of nature.
