Shipping Policy
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of purchase. If there is ever a delay — for example, if I am away or there is an unexpected issue — I will notify you as soon as possible.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Refund Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, I offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled any time before they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible and I will confirm whether the order can be stopped.
