Shipping Policy
We ship to all areas of the United Kingdom and do not charge any extra for delivery to mainland UK. If you live on one of the islands off the UK there might be a small extra charge payable for delivery but please do assured that we only pass on extra charges as laid out by our courier and do not look to cgarge extra unless we really need to. All items are shipped as soon as possible and each item states a rough guide for waiting time. Sometimes we might have a shorter or longer waiting time depending on whether we have stock ready or if we need to get into the workshop to make it! Please do get in touch with us if your item is time-sensitive and we'll do our best to have it to you when you need it.
Refund Policy
Most of the items we sell are made to order, therefore unless the item is faulty/damaged we do not offer refunds. If you item is damaged in transit, or faulty we ask that you let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will find a way to make it right. We want all out customers to be delighted with their order and work very hard to ensure this is always the case. If the item turns up to you and you are less than happy please do reach out to us and we will do our level-best to help.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Anything that is not personalised is usually ok to be cancelled, but anything that is a special request or personalised might be harder for us to be able to sell on. If you do need to return or exchange an item to us please do get in touch and we will help work out the best way to do this.
