permanent etch – cannot be removed and dishwasher safe.

Shipping Policy

FREE UK SHIPPING We offer free 2nd class shipping on all orders. We also offer an express service (£4) which means we will bring your order forward and post 1st class, ordinarily within 3 working days. Please note that we try to be as green as possible and reuse boxes where we can - the packing peanuts are eco friendly and all items are very securely wrapped .

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the order is returned within 30 days in it's original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund (you as buyer are responsible for return postage costs). Please also see our cancellation/return/exchange policy for exceptions to this. For items damaged in transit we may request photographs of the damage including packaging. In this instance we would ordinarily send out a replacement however, this does not affect your right to a full refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns please contact within 7 days of delivery & return items back within 30 days of delivery. Sorry, we don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Custom or personalised orders - Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, these items can't be returned or exchanged. Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
